Victor is a graduate student of the Master of Arts in Theatre Arts program at the San Francisco State University, with anticipated graduation in December 2023. Last year, he graduated from West Valley College, Saratoga, California, with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and a Certificate of Achievement in Theater Arts: Performance Technology. His compositions include “The Pea for Real Princess” musical, produced by Matrix Theater in Mainz, Germany in 2019, “Solo on Sax” ballet, and “The Story of Esther” musical, with Victor’s text, lyrics, and music produced in Rehovot, Israel in 2014, and performed at SFSU as part of his Culminating Experience. Victor also wrote a one-act play, “Once at Lam;" "Minaret," a play in 3 acts in Russian; composed numerous songs and published over fifty pieces of poetry. For over 20 years, he also taught computer science courses at the University of California in Santa Cruz Silicon Valley Extension in Santa Clara and in San Jose State University. Victor holds a PhD from the USSR.

He is an immigrant from the Soviet Union, arriving in the United States in 1988. It took his family nine years to get exit visas. Victor received his musical education at the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory of Music in St. Petersburg, where he was part of a unique program for gifted kids, the class of Professor Arkady Aronov.
